Job Description 1. Responsible for Stores activities e.g. Inventory management. 2. Will be responsible for the incoming material receipt, proper storage of material, material. Stock updating preparation, ERP entries, maintain all relevant records about inventory etc. 3. Should have good knowledge about spare /accessories and maintain appropriate identification of each item, to maintain specific storage conditions as applicable for those categories of parts 4. Should have good knowledge about preparation of stock statement on monthly basis, to keep track of incoming & outgoing materials as well as faulty Materials (reverse logistics) 5. Coordination with related stake holder, material follow-up with HO store / vendor to fulfill customer requirement 6. Responsible for daily store related operations. 7. To maintain buffer stock for fast moving inventory as per requirement & Scrap Management 8. Responsible for sending specific material to external vendors for repairing / replacement etc. Should have good knowledge in the documentation, MIS etc. 9. B.Com graduate with at least 2-5 years of experience
