Job description of Assistant Manager IT 1) Installation and configuration all types windows (XP, win7, win 8, Linux) and all types of software’s, and N/W printers. 2) Installation & configuration of Network devices and maintain network and related day to day issues. 3) Managing Active directory server,File Servers, Quick heal antivirus admin console, Terminal server, SQL server data base, and Wi-Fi devices. 4) Configuration of Different email client like MS Outlook and Outlook express with POP and IMAP, and different types of rules. 5) Managing Cisco 2811 series Router as easy VPN server and Leased line management, 6) Day to day ERP related issue, backup and dummy ERP configuration. 7) Coordination with all branches and resolve there day to day issue including VPN connectivity and other issues also providing Remote support. 8) Managing vendors and purchasing IT equipment’s as per requirement of the originations, 9) Scheduled data backup of all the data base server and users, 10) Managing Linux squid proxy server and filtering internet traffic, 11) New branch installation and configuration of required software and devices also coordinate with vendor and taking quotation for IT equipment’s. 12) Managing email servers like google apps and some VPS hosting servers, forwarders and creating new users and quota allotment, 13) Configuring mobile mails, and mobile apps. 14) Schedule maintenance of all the computers, Printers, network devices. 15) Configuring Active Directory user & permission and OU configurations. 16) Managing cloud space like google driver and one drive and there data. 17) Sales order payment credit limit managing and deleting SO and per approval, also handling ERP administration. 18) Managing the subordinates and handling the team.
