Job Title: AGM (Execution) Job Type: Full Time Location: Indore Reporting To: Project In-charge Main Duties/ Responsibilities:  Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly execution plan in accordance to overall project schedule. And making sure adherence of the same.  Adherence to deadlines achieving deliverables of the project.  Drive the team to implement Project plan.  Preparation of Bill of Quantity, Tender document and project schedule.  Preparation of Vendor Measurement and bill in accordance with contract terms.  Preparation Material, Machine & Labour requirement plan for work.  Contract and vendor management.  Preparation of MIS report and DPR.  Quality control of the work and material.  Identify gaps & areas of improvement in the current systems. Qualification: Degree/Diploma in civil engineering. Experience: 15- 20 years  Experience in execution of Civil execution projects is a must.  Must have prior experience in capacity of Project manager or above in the previous role.  Experience in large scale Real estate project is desirable.  Should have experience in all aspect of project life cycle including- Planning, Quality management, Structural work, Finishing, MEP, HVAC & Supply chain. Skills  Gap identification and problem solving.  Knowledge in preparation of BOQ and tender document.  Knowledge of quality practices during execution.  Knowledge of safety practices during execution.  Knowledge of Autocad  Ms office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) Performance Goals/ KPI:  On schedule completion of project.  On time achievement of project milestones.  Adherence to budgeted plan.  Achieve zero deviation in quality of work.
